Her Scale Lab didn't start as a company. It started as a small group of women founders trading advice on cash flow, hiring, and the loneliness of building something from nothing. We noticed the same question coming up again and again: where do I find people who actually understand what I'm building?
That question became the blueprint. We formalized the workshops, brought in tax and legal experts, and built the frameworks our members were asking for. What hasn't changed is the spirit we started with: collaboration over competition, and clarity over chaos.
Today, Her Scale Lab is a structured membership community for women entrepreneurs across Nairobi and beyond, pairing peer accountability with the systems and strategic clarity needed to scale on your own terms.
