Yes. Public visitors can browse high-level opportunity categories, read verified despatches, access free curriculum previews (Lesson 01 of select modules), and attend complimentary public masterclasses. Full peer pods, dealflow, and proprietary playbooks require active membership.

Pods are strictly curated groups of 6–8 non-competing female founders matched by revenue band (typically $500K–$5M+ ARR), operational stage, and sector adjacency. Matching prioritizes psychological safety, complementary expertise, and shared scale ambition—not geography alone.

All pods, clinics, and masterclasses operate under the House Rule: information may be used, but neither the identity nor affiliation of any participant may be revealed outside the session. Breach triggers immediate expulsion without refund and potential injunctive relief under Kenyan law. Bilateral NDAs bind every tier of the ecosystem.

HSL curriculum is stage-audited execution playbooks—not generic video lectures. Every module culminates in deployable artifacts (cash-flow stress tests, sales stage architectures, governance matrices). Content is calibrated to African enterprise realities: FX volatility, institutional procurement, cross-border compliance, and founder bandwidth constraints.

Membership grants a single-entity internal license. You may share Sanctuary SOPs and templates with your leadership team strictly for internal enterprise deployment. Resale, public redistribution, or training generative AI models on HSL materials is prohibited under the Intellectual Property covenant.

Most member-only salons, diagnostic clinics, and private dinners are included in membership or heavily subsidised. Select open events (e.g. public masterclasses) are free for members and ticketed for guests. Hybrid and high-demand sessions may require separate RSVP with capacity limits.

No. Her Scale Lab is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, or placement agent. We curate introductions to DFIs, regional funds, angel networks, and enterprise procurement partners.
