By applying for membership, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Her Scale Lab membership is intended for entrepreneurs aged 18 and older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide during onboarding is accurate and complete.
Membership fees, subscriptions, and event tickets are billed as described at the time of purchase and processed securely through Paystack, our third-party payment processor.
Note: We do not store your full card details. All payment card information is handled directly by Paystack in accordance with its own security standards.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate membership for violations of these guidelines.
All content on the Her Scale Lab website and within our programs — including workshop materials, frameworks, branding, and design — is owned by Her Scale Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except for your personal use as a member.
You retain ownership of any content you share in coaching circles, community discussions, or your member profile. By posting content within the Services, you grant Her Scale Lab a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content within the community for the purpose of operating the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
The Services, including any coaching, workshops, or business guidance, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Her Scale Lab does not guarantee any specific business outcome, financial result, or level of success. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Scale Lab and its founders, coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Her Scale Lab in the six months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms our community. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
